Your professor, coach, or manager uses RecLetter to write and organize their Letter of Recommendations (RecLets). Request your letter below.

RecLetter is powered by the RECLET SaaS Engine that uses generative AI to support the creation and submission of letters of recommendation.

Step One - Sign Up for RecLetter

First, create your RecLetter.ai account. Sign up as a ‘Recommendee’, and you’ll be asked some questions about your academic affiliation and GPA.

• Upload your resume and transcript to your account
• Connect to your academic institution

The sign-up process will take about 5-10 minutes, and only has to be done once.

Step 2

Step Two - Request A RecLet

Next, find the person you’re asking for a Letter of Recommendation inside of RecLetter. Depending on whether or not they’re your professor, manager, coach, advisor, etc., there will be a few questions we’ll ask to better understand your request.

• Find your recommender on RecLetter, or invite them to the platform, and send a RecLet request
• Answer some questions and upload some documents for your LOR request
• Submit the request for review to the recommender

Step Three - Track Progress through RecLetter.ai

Finally, your request has been sent to the recommender.

They’ll take care of writing the RecLet using the information you submitted during this process. When they’re done, RecLetter will help them get it to your intended recipient; on-time and well-written, putting you in the best possible light.

Your RecLetter account then stays open until you need a new Recommendation Letter from someone else!
